Websites & Web Apps
Websites and web apps hand-coded without site builders. CMS, responsive UI, deployment, SEO/GEO and added features are scoped in the approved quote and contract.

Scope and deliverables
- Scope
- Company and institution sites, brand sites, and web apps or platforms people log in to use: new builds and full renewals of aging sites
- Deliverables
- Deliverables listed in the approved quote and contract. Responsive UI, deployment, SSL, domain connection, CMS, SEO/GEO, operating guides and source code are provided only when scoped
- Typical stack
- Mostly Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. Spring Boot (Java), Python, Flutter or Supabase when the project calls for it
How we build it
We choose the stack for the project and build it directly, usually with Next.js and TypeScript, or Spring Boot, Python or Flutter when the requirements call for them.
We scope by features and operating needs rather than page count. CMS, responsive UI, deployment and SEO/GEO are listed only when needed. SEO/GEO is technical work that can support discoverability; it never guarantees indexing, exposure, citations or rankings.
What we take on
- Responsive UI and full renewals of aging sites
- Admin (CMS): manage text, images, case studies, and inquiries
- Technical SEO and GEO: structured data, sitemaps, search-tool integration
- Feature development: membership, booking, payments, boards, multilingual, notifications
- External data integration (prices, inventory, etc.)
- Client portals and maintenance

Questions
- How is this different from a site made with a builder like Wix?
- Builders are edited within a fixed template; direct development can follow the agreed features and search structure. Deliverables, source code, rights transfers and shared-module terms follow the quote and contract.
- Will we show up in AI search (GEO)?
- We do not guarantee indexing, exposure, citations or rankings. When SEO/GEO is in scope, we perform the agreed technical work, such as server rendering, structured data and sitemaps.
- Can you migrate the site we already use?
- We inspect the existing materials, then define the migration scope in the quote and contract. Photo Print Land is a ground-up rebuild of a site that had been untouched for over a decade.
- After launch, can I edit the text and images myself?
- CMS is not included by default. The quote and contract specify the management features, data and permissions to provide.
