How we build for Korea

The work speaks for itself.

Anseong Culture Market Digital Experience Platform — Baudeogi Festival

A digital experience and operational data platform for Anseong Culture Market within the Baudeogi Festival, connecting a QR-and-quiz stamp tour with a five-question craft preference experience. Key technical challenges centered on peak-time traffic and continuity of participant progress. Usage statistics and data downloads enable organizers to use participation data for post-event evaluation and planning future events.

Our founder and director design and develop every project themselves.

  1. The founder and director build it

From the first conversation through planning, design and development, the founder and director do the work themselves.

  2. A client portal that shows progress

Schedules, files, deliverables and maintenance requests live in one client portal.

  3. A CMS you edit yourself

Edit page copy and posts in the admin, on a structure that search engines and AI can read.

  4. It continues after launch

Many clients return for further development after the first build. To protect quality, we limit how much we take on at once.

Checked together,
at every stage.

Quotes, schedules and deliverables
stay in the client portal.

How we manage projects

Before we begin.

A few things worth settling
before a project starts.

How is pricing determined?

By features and work scope. CMS, search structure, responsive work, design, deployment and operation are neither automatic inclusions nor preset paid add-ons; needed scope and pricing are set in the quote and contract.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope and content readiness. The quote records a timeline range after consultation.

Do you offer maintenance?

The contract sets defect response and post-launch support. If later maintenance is needed, we agree its scope and pricing.

Do we get the source code?

Source, deliverables, timing and handover terms are set in the quote and contract.

What are you building? An early idea is fine.

Someone on the team replies as soon as we have read it.
