Software for internal operations

We connect ERP and internal workflows to existing data, and develop software and integrations for customer-owned kiosks. With customer authorization, security work reviews code, settings, access and personal-data handling, diagnoses issues, and directly fixes or updates the software.

Kiosks
Software and workflow integrations for customer-owned devices
Security improvements

  1. Consultation & scope

We turn goals, budget and timing into a scope and quote.

  2. Planning & design

We define screens, features and data in the contract scope.

  3. Visual design

We review screens and flows included in the contract.

  4. Build & check-ins

We review progress through test screens.

  5. QA & launch

When launch is in scope, we test and deploy to the agreed criteria.

  6. Handover

Handover and post-launch support follow the contract.

International projects and business-system demo

We discuss web and business-system development, UI/UX and planning inquiries from Japan, the US and elsewhere in Asia based on the requirements and our published work.

Remote and on-site
Remote collaboration is the default. Where needed, we can discuss visits for meetings, workflow discovery, integration or training. The on-site work, schedule and travel expenses are agreed separately in advance; visits are not included by default.
