Do we have to abandon the programs or spreadsheets we already use?

We first check whether the existing systems and data can be integrated. The quote and contract define which tools stay and which workflow segments are automated.

Can you build kiosk software for devices we already own?

Yes. We develop and integrate software for devices the client provides. Hardware supply and physical installation are not included.

Do you fix the issues found in a software security review?

With authorization, we review web, ERP and kiosk software code, settings, permissions and personal-data handling, diagnose issues, then directly fix and update the agreed software. Infrastructure audits, penetration testing and continuous monitoring are not included.

Do AI automations run without human review?

Not where the result needs checking. For those results we design a review step and assign its owner in the quote and contract.

Are AI usage fees extra?

External AI usage is billed at cost by volume and listed separately from the build fee in the quote and contract.

How we build it

ERP development: we build ERP and internal business systems in Korea around the tools, data and approval steps you already use, so the spreadsheets and programs that work can stay and only the gaps are rebuilt. Kiosk software: we develop software and integrations for kiosks the client owns; hardware supply and physical installation are outside this service.

With the client's authorization, we review web, ERP and kiosk software code, settings, permissions and personal-data handling, diagnose issues, then directly remediate and update the agreed software. Infrastructure audits, penetration testing and 24-hour monitoring are outside this scope. Ordinary maintenance remains available under an agreed scope.

AI workflow automation and consulting: NQ Solution runs its own quote → contract → schedule workflow on an in-house system. For client work we identify repetitive tasks, scope any AI integrations and custom logic, and agree who reviews the results before implementation.

We discuss web and business-system development, UI/UX and planning inquiries from Japan, the US and elsewhere in Asia based on the requirements and our published work.

Remote and on-site: Remote collaboration is the default. Where needed, we can discuss visits for meetings, workflow discovery, integration or training. The on-site work, schedule and travel expenses are agreed separately in advance; visits are not included by default.
